Design and project management of individual new build houses, for example we have recently completed two luxury modern style properties on the sea-front in Torquay, working closely with a local developer.

The houses have been awarded a commendation in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2009 from the Local Authority Building Control South West and South Wales regions.

Our services encompass the whole design and construction process from inception to completion including brief formation, planning, building regulations, interior design and project management of the contractor.
