Design and project management of a turnkey rollout programme of new care homes to meet the specific criteria laid down in the National Care Standards. Including design of specialist care units for the elderly and mentally infirm.

We have an expertise in the design and operational issues involved in nursing homes, residential care homes, homes for the elderly and mentally infirm, extra care and homes for young adults with disabilities.

We are experts of current legislation including the Disability Discrimination Act, National Care Standards and Building Regulations and marrying these with our clients requirements is key to the service we offer.

Planning approval obtained for 60 bed care home, Saltford, Bath.





Project management and detailed design of extension to care home, Cardiff.
We have designed care homes for young adults with disabilities which provide independence both spatially and through supportive equipment. In addition, we have designed specialist units for the elderly and mentally infirm. These are designed to be as homely as possible and aim to create visual stimulation through providing views out, contrasting colours and sensory gardens.
