Andy Quine BSc (Hons) MRICS - Director
Following a background in Civil Engineering, Andy graduated with a degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading in 1987, and achieved RICS chartered status in 1989.
Andy's early experience was gained with Bailey Garner in London and in 1989 he joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung which included a secondment to Cardiff for two years to assist in the development of Building Consultancy. He moved to King Sturge Manchester, in 1996 and was appointed a Director of Head Projects in 2000 before setting up Mistral in 2004.
Andy has 25 years of experience giving him a broad knowledge of commercial property, including professional services, building surveys, project management and contract administration.
Tim Finnis BSc (Hons) BArch RIBA - Director
Tim became a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1995 and has worked with a number of commercial private architectural practices in Bristol and London.
Tim has 20 years post-qualification experience including residential, offices, leisure, retail and education. Including feasibility, planning, project management, interior design, graphic design, computer visualisation & modeling.
Mistral aims to use its combined experience to understand clients requirements and develop an agreed brief to ensure a successful outcome.
